Gym Fashion

Now that I'm a full-fledged gym member again (haven't been since right after college, since everywhere I lived had a gym in the complex), I'm beginning to notice the serious lack of put togethered-ness at the gym. Perhaps I'm being too prissy, but they do manufacture clothes specifically made for working out for a reason. While I suppose right after college I wore my sorority and college tshirts to work out, as I've gotten older I've retired those and actually wear workout gear. So I'll give the recent college grads a break, but did everyone miss the memo? I'm partial to Nike, while my fiance always tries to get me into Under Amour. Here are some great pieces for your next work out! Click any image for more information or click HERE for the shoes.

I won't lie, I workout in t-shirts frequently, rather than spending a lot of money on workout tops. However, it really bothers me when people work out in sweatpants/pajama pants. I'm not sure if that's because they're generally not cute or if I'm afraid that they're going to get caught in some part of the machine and hurt the wearer, though...

buy some cute capris!

I try my best to look decent at the gym I usually wear running shorts/running capris and a white hanes v-neck t-shirt (keep it simple). Nike running shorts are my absolute favorite. I held off from Under Armour for soo long but then I bought their cropped running capris and they are AMAZING I must admit!!
